Common questions

What exactly do I get with the license? +
The license activates the sp CLI tool. Run one command on your VPS and it deploys Mautic, n8n, Cal.com, and PocketBase — fully configured, SSL-secured, and connected to each other. You also get future patch updates and full access to the documentation at sp.aimad.net/docs.
Does it work on any VPS? +
Yes. Any Ubuntu 20.04+ or Debian 11+ server with at least 2 GB RAM and root SSH access. Tested on Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Contabo, and AWS Lightsail. If your provider gives you a clean VPS, sp install handles everything else.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfer and PayPal . Once you submit the form, we'll contact you with the payment details. Your license key is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.
What if I need support? +
Submit a ticket at the support page. Average first response is under 4 hours during business hours (GMT+1). Issues that take a service fully down are flagged as high-priority and handled immediately.
